Gown Vent; Should I cheat on her?; Reveal designer?

I would never in a million years think that would ever post anything bad about anyone.....your business is your brand and you should always do your best to not have any unhappy customers......I am an unhappy customer but thank GOD it happened when it did.....

As some of you may or may not know, I was planning to get the ball rolling on my gown.  I was lucky enough to score an audience with an up and coming designer, that for now I will loving call "dream crusher", and was even luckier to have her agree to take on my request to have a gown made.  We emailed back and forth about the process and I even had my ideas sketched out.......as things unfolded and we began to discuss price and process, I was still very much excited.  I did at one point think to myself that the price was a bit steep but I don't know many people can say that they had a couture gown made to their body.

My dream crusher has an assitant.  Let's just call him "the hater" because he is as such.  The man turned out to be rude and condescending.  He and I had words not too long ago and I was willing to put that aside because I know how queens are and it wasn't like I thought he would have any major impact on my gown's outcome in any way, shape, or form.  Sometime's an assitant is rude but that doesn't make the person they work for rude as well.  I thought she could see past it and work with ME THE CLIENT, NOT THE HATER who clearly has something up his a*.

I was scheduled to start payments on my dream gown last year but life happens.  Our car was totaled and obviously was a higher priority than my gown.  I am back on track with my savings and happy sent a blurb to my dream designer and the queen earlier this week.  I know for a fact that bother dream crusher and the hater have read my messages.  No one has decided to answer for whatever reasons but I was heartbroken.  However that same GOD that I thanked earlier for dropping her in as a blessing has done it again but this will be another post that will shortly arrive on the forums.

My question in this vent is simply this......My gown that I had sketched has an element that I love that she has done in another piece.  Should I "cheat on her" and still use that element or should I start from scratch?  I feel as though if the dream crusher is going to not work on my dress and side with the queen that she should at least have enough balls to tell me SOMETHING.  My inbox just said they read the messgae.  No response....for a whole week.  She just launched her website for brides.....yet she just lost one and will possible get a horrible review from me.  Also should I reveal who she is as to warn other potential brides of the wrath of the hater?

Put the designer on BLAST  if you were treated badly you have the right to say. And theres no telling that if she has treated others that way. Maybe someone else was intimated by the ASSistant  but did not speak up.

And if you love the dress than have somebody else make it with all of the elements that you love and made with love by someone you like and will respect you. I  have zero tolerance for bad customer service.

I can't wait to see what you have come up with.
