Grand Exit from Reception - Ideas?

Our reception venue does not allow bubbles, rice, birdseed to be used.  Any ideas for something for guests to do or throw as we exit to our limo?  Thanks.

Mom, the streamers are probably your best bet - still gorgeous, colorful and fun, but nothing to drop on the floor...kwim....

My daughter is in tears because she wants bubbles!  I feel so bad!  We had one report of people's hair catching on fire and holes in the wedding dress by using sparklers.  Has anyone had a good experience with sparklers?  The ribbons look pretty.

I'm doing the ribbon streamers (wands)! I'm in the process of making them now... all 200 of them. I warn you now they take forever to make if you don't have help! I originally wanted to do sparklers, but then I started thinking of all the things that could go wrong with them..... it freaked me out so I went with the wands! They are cute and require no clean up! Good luck!

They say someone could slip and fall if the liquid were spilled.  It is getting ridiculous.

oh my gosh..its a wedding, not a 2 year old's birthday party! and i'm pretty sure they are going to blow into the wand 2-3 times, not spill the whole bottom on the floor

Thats nuts! My reception place is pretty picky but not that picky. I do think the streams are a good idea and unique too!

This is what my venue does.... they have an accordian player and all of the staff escort you out, and I think the guests stand around and are clapping/cheering.

This is what my photo 199627-1

I was going to use wedding wands because my church is the same about all things "fun" lol.... but then I saw this:

I was going to photo 199784-1

They are streamers that pop open but don't drop on the ground so as long as you hold the base, there is not clean up off the floor.

I love the streamers and the ribbon!  But the accordian player tops it all.  How fun is that!

They don't allow bubbles at my venue in Yosemite either, because of the liability and because it's a national park.
