Anybody out there who has tried the HCG diet? My FI and I are thinking of trying it, but it's a little expensive ($80 for 26 days). I was wondering what your opinion was on it. How much weight did you lose and in how many days? Most importantly, did you keep the weight off? Lastly, are you able to workout while taking it? I noticed on their site that while taking it that you only consume 500 calories a day. I was wondering if you can keep your energy while on it and do a workout without getting super exhausted. Any opinions would be helpful. I want to know if it's worth it.
