YAY!!! Walking outside does wonders for the mind
yay! DH and i have exchanged one or two gym workouts per week for walks around the park. it's so refreshing to exercise outside!
On my out again this Sunday morning...if anyone wants to join me :-)
Ahhhh good job!! I get SO distracted walking outside (ADHD) that I just can't find motivation.
I need to start going for half hour walks outside on the days I don't go into the gym - looking like Tuesdays and Fridays now (I keep futzing with my schedule...lol).
I'll post tomorrow after my half hour walk at lunchtime!
