HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Desperately need COWBOY boots!!!!

Can anyone recommend a good site to buy cowboy boots from? I live in NJ and stores that carry them are either super super expensive or super super cheap... I'd like a nice pair at a reasonable price. I have wanted a pair forever, and now that I am going to see Kenny Chesney, I absolutely HAVE to have a pair!!!!

Sheplers.com is GREAT! I get all of my boots from there, and I have since I can remember. Also, sometimes you can find them on Endless for a good deal. 6pm.com has some good sales on them too. Try and stick to Justin's or Ariats for a good, comfortable boot :) Justin's do run a bit small though so if you find a pair of those you like, go 1/2 size smaller than your norm.

Also, western boots are going to cost you an average of $130, there's no way around that unless you find an AWESOME sale. Which, again, check 6pm

Hth :)

Here's an awesome pair of Tony Lama's (GREAT brand) for under $100! http://www.6pm.com/tony-lama-el-paso-iii-chocolate

Here's some Durangos

http://www.6pm.com/durango-crush-11-fashion-boot-dusk-serendade

An okay brand, but not the best.

And here's some cute justin's

Just go to the search bar and type in cowboy boots and then make sure to select womens :)

Note: I'm seeing that they have a lot of Laredo's....also a good brand to go with :) I'm definitely partial to Justin's though, you'll never want to take them off. Ariat is just about as good though and they tend to have some really unique styles whereas Justin is very to-the-point Western style and can be a bit bland if you want to really dress up an outfit.

Gonna second that, if you want a good pair, you're not going to find them under 100 bucks since they are leather. If you're buying them just for a concert, you might as well get a cheap pair from DSW or somewhere at the mall that just look like boots. My Ariats cost 200 bucks on sale becuase I use them for riding and working cows and need a good strong pair, but for a concert pair of costume boots, you should be able to use Google shopper to find some for 30 bucks or so! (I don't have time to look because I'm on my way out to the horses now! Sorry!)

the Matisse Deputy Western are 119 @ DSW.... I plan to wear them for more than just the concert... but probably not a super lot..... I just want them to be a quality enough pair to not look cheap either... 119 seems like a fair price for a pair of boots....

12" is the standard boot length. All of mine are 12" and go just over mid leg. The thing with cowboy boots though is they are better to try on if you can because different styles and brands fit differently and depending how tall or short you are a 12" boot will sit somewhere different (I'm 5'9"). Some boot styles also have a wider opening so if you have very narrow legs it will sit big and feel loose when you walk.If you have access to a store where you can try them on, even if you don't like them, but just to get an idea what size you are and what the fit is like, I would highly reccomend it!

Those ones you're liking though are gorgeous!

OMG -- I know, I'm a nerd but I could only see this much of the thread title on the main forum: "Help!!!..Desperately need COWB.." So, of course, I thought you were going to say, "COWBELL". LOL Sorry, I do like me some SNL -- but it looks like you got some actual helpful posts, too, so I don't feel too bad. ;)

OMG I know I photo 3034716-1

I love your cowboy boots, too, btw. :)
