HELP: Fun RSVP wording

EDIT:  Please check the update on the bottom of this thread (page 1)

I'm working on the wording for our RSVP's.  Fi and I are a little stumped.  We want the RSVP to be fun (like our STDs), funny and/or quirky and silly.  (If you haven't noticed we like to implant humor when things should normally be serious or formal).  Our wedding isn't formal, but it isn't casual either.  Which is why the RSVPs and invites will be wrapped up all prettyful in lace and eclectic paper.  Ha....picture that (check my bio).  Okay so here is what we have...

RSVP (thinking of changing the headings a little)

Celebrate good times, Come on!

We have reserved___seats for you.

How many will be there____

  • ___ Only if there's cake! **

  • ___'Cause it's about time!

  • ___I wouldn't miss it for the world!

How many will NOT be there____

  • ___PDA is overrated...even for a wedding

  • ___ ??????????? <-- we need something else here that's funny/silly/quirky etc.

**We are also thinking about changing "Only if there's cake" to "One word, CAKE!"

Any ideas?  Suggestions?

I've thought about "We will be there, only you won't see us", but FI said that sounded mean.  HA. Or "I'm allergic to love."

We also thought about using the "Bells" style RSVP,but inserting say Cow Bells instead.  We LOVE the SNL Cowbell skit and a lot of our family and friends know that.

I love the non-traditional idea, I hadn't even thought of it!

Thanks ladies! Seventwoeleven, did you us a traditional RSVP (mail) or a postcard?  Your RSVP came out GREAT!!  I just saw them on Sarah's blog!  BEAUTIFUL!

tandellylace- FI is very traditional, but he's let me go the non traditional route with a few things...the STDs and RSVPs....and some other things that he doesn't know about yet, like my dress. HA.  I love receiving fun and quirky invites, so I thought I'd make them a little fun.

I used a traditional ones with envelopes but I really like the idea of postcards, it just would have been a major pain the print shop I used.

Not really a help for a line, but when we were looking at quotes to use on our invites we found "We get along, so we're getting married!" and I wanted to use it soooo bad, but FMIL told me it made it seem like we thought this whole thing was a joke. :(

I might make a banner or something silly....we shall see :P

Thanks Melissa!  I've always loved the MadLib idea, but FI was affraid that his family wouldn't be able to fill it out...?

alyciamarlene- I think that some people in my family (maybe FI's family, but definitely my snobby related by blood people...ugh!)  will probably think the same way as your FMIL.  I showed it to my mom and she really liked it and laughed a little.  Fi and I are both really silly, so I thought it would be a fun way to let a little bit of our personality show.  Even though he is very traditional, he is letting me have some fun.  You should totally add a banner or something!  Your guest will remember it and that is really important to us!  When our guest leave our wedding and tell their family or friends about their weekend, we want them to have a non stop conversation about everything...like "Oh and then they had abc, AND efg.  OHHH AND blah blah...the food was...they even had...We had the most fun at D and J wedding"
