Help - need unique ceremony filler ideas for beach wedding with no quests

Hi all - I have read through the posts and don't see anything on topic so I thought I would start a new one. My fiance and I are getting married on the beach, no guests, and we would like to have a unity type event in the ceremony (for filler mostly so it's not vows then we are finished) but we are not interested in the tired unity candle/sand ceremony.  We thought about the release of chinese lanterns but we are traveling to the destination wedding in Antigua and really don't want to travel with my dress, his suit, AND lanterns.  All the ideas I have seen incorporate guests so I am at a loss.  Thanks everyone!!

The only 2 I can think of are a wine ceremony, where you place a bottle of wine in a box with letters that you write to each other and lock it, and then it is unlocked on your 1st/5th/10th anniversary and you drink the wine together rawhide reading the letters. The problem would be getting it home I guess.

Or, a cocktail ceremony where you both add ingredients and then both drink from the glass.

I'll have a look and see if I can find any unique ones

We are doing a White Dove release. They are provided by a company in the town where we are getting married. Not sure if they would have that there. Some do a rose exchange as well. I love Canooknic idea of the wine ceremony.

Oh the wine ceremony does sound fab, especially because we are wine lovers!  I am not a fan of birds, we had actually thought about that LOL.  And we are going to Antigua, so not sure the accessibility of getting doves. We had thought about releasing butterflies as well, but again, where are we going to get butterflies.

Not sure about Antigua but usually there are companies you can get them from to be released at your ceremony.

We are doing a wine and chocolate ceremony. There is a short reading that goes with it. You both drink some wine to represent the bitter times that you might face and then eat a piece of chocolate to represent the sweet times.
