Herbalife

Today is my first day doing the herbalife diet! I also have a membership at a gym where I am going to try to go everyday after work and do cardio =) Wedding is Aug 6th... ahhh!


Weighing myslef this morning im right at 170.0 lbs. YUCK! I will keep my progress posted.. here is what I am doing


Breakfast


Ice water w/aloe cleanser followed be a hot herbal tea and then the shake. I take a vitamin called cell-u-loss.A lot of good vitamins.


Lunch


Same as above.


Dinner


Healthy dinner, fish, chicken, salad, veggies.. etc. Portion control! Also, the cell-u-loss vitamin, 


 


Healthy snacks through out the day and lots and lots of water =0)
