Need your advice..
My fiance and me were thinking about having the wedding in July
But Im not sure the weather is appropriate. what do you think?
depends on where you live. If you are up north like me in New England as long as it is not the week of July 4th through 10 you should be pretty good we are known for heat waves during this time period.
You can google your weather averages for your proposed wedding day and get the historical figures. I would only look at the last 10 years and see what it looks like.
yes, I do this when I plan events. For instance it will usually rain the day of my birthday every bloody year, but it is not usually an all day event. So, I have to plan for indoors and outdoors.
When having to plan for both this increases the cost considerably at most venues.
We got married end of July and it was wonderful! It all depends on what the weather is like in your area, and if you are wanting an outdoor or indoor wedding!
It does depend where you live and if you are wanting to have an outdoor or indoor wedding. DH and I got married in Central New Jersey in October 2010 and honestly, it was about 70 degrees during the day, so I was a little warm when it came time to go outside in the sun for pictures.
Again, the weather can change from year to year, and most definitely depending on your location.
welcome to project wedding, and congrats. I got married at the end of July and it was perfect!
Hello and welcome to Project Wedding! I totally agree with the other ladies, it depends on where you live. I got married outside at the end of June and I live in Michigan. It was so darn hot!
Thank you all for your help!! Im from Houston.. so it will probably be hot:)
Welcome and huge congratulations!
I think July is a great time to get married :-)
