Hmmm could my body finally be getting on track?
Normally after supper every night we (FI and I) have an after dinner snack, which is usually on the healthy side anyways but I would still like to completely cut it out, (because in Canada, growing up you are acustomed to eating at 5 PM!) before bed. Before I moved to Canada I used to eat at about 7:30, which was great for me because by the time bed rolled around I wasn't starving. Well for the last week I am happy to report that I am pre-bed time snack free! I haven't been hungry in the least after eating supper, and one night I couldn't even finish everything on my plate. Maybe my body is finally getting the message that I've been sending it by working out and eating right? Hopefully I stay this way.
