I went with a nightgown cause they come in and check you plus it easier to deal with then pants. I just went and bought 2 cheap cotton type moo-moo's lol that way if I ruined them it didn't matter. I changed out of the hospital gown ASAP - didn't like my butt hanging out :-)

I bought two sleepshirts. They're just super long t-shirts that are really comfy and light. As for bottoms, I'll just be sporting leggings but those will come off once we get to the birth center :)

I'll probably just wear the hospital gown for the 1st day during the actual delivery and stuff - that way I dont have to worry about getting blood and other fund stuff out of my own clothes. Then afterwards I'll probably wear yoga pants and a nursing tank top

I have a couple sleep shirts like Karen. They worked awsome last time. Then I'm bringing sweats and leggings for walking around. Somethime leggings will hurt the incission so a comfy pair of sweats works. I' bring a maxi dress or skirt and tank to come home in.

I just wore the hospital gown. I bled pretty heavily, so I'm glad I didn't take anything to ruin. I don't let anyone but immediate family come to visit though, so I'm not too concerned about what I look like.

I will see how I feel, but I am packing a robe, a moo moo nightgown and yoga pants with a tank just so I have options.

I packed a naightgown and robe and never wore it. I just wore 2 hospital gowns (one front to back and the other the reverse). I was a bloody mess so I'm glad I didn't ruin any of my stuff. I wore a maxi dress to come home.
Breastfeeding mama's make sure if you bring something of your own to wear that the top comes down easily for breastfeeding.
