TRY IT!!! I went to my first ever yoga class last night, and it was hot yoga, and it is amazing. DH even wants to go with me next time.
Things to note: Drink TONS of water on the day of your class, you will be happy you did during the class when you don't feel dehydrated. Also bring with you: yoga mat, beach towel to cover mat, a smaller face towel, and a bottle of water.
I loved it. I was in such a euphoric state when I left, that on the walk home I got lost in a parking lot that I usually cut through. Just in a whole other world haha.
