I just want to rant about this website because I am having the most difficult time getting my refund back. Back in March, I ordered a dress for my July wedding. A minute after I sent the order, I asked the online representative if I will be able to get my dress for July. The person told me "no" because the designer is swamp. I was okay with that and the person told me to send an email to cancel my order which I did right after. I called the following Monday and they said they would issue my refund that following Friday. I didn't see the refund on Friday so I called the following week. I was told that I need to call 10 business days. I waited the 10 business days and nothing. I finally got fed up with being told different thing so I called my credit card. I called them yesterday and the customer service told me that they didn't do refund after I told her my story. At the end of the conversation, she said they are working on my refund. Did anyone else have an experience like this? It wasn't that I didn't want the dress. It was that it couldn't be delivered in time.
