How does AF affect your number on the scale?
I'm really trying not to get discouraged here. I'm due tomorrow and just stepped on the scale for my midweek checkin and I haven't lost an ounce, and my goal was 3lbs this week! I have logged every calorie and there really isn't an explanation for this other than water retention. I took out my tape measure and I'm glad to see I've lost 1/2" from my waist but I still can't wait to see that number on the scale drop.
