So how far into planning are you? Vendors booked? Dress purchased?
So far I have put deposits down on our Church and Reception venue. I will be booking our DOC and engagement photographer after the holidays.

Reception venue booked, ceremony location chosen but not booked yet. Dress and veil purchased. Invitations purchased but not printed yet (DIY). And a few simple DIY projects like monograms and cake table letters.
We got the venue booked, photographer booked, and DJ booked. Invitations and STDs ordered. Starting on collecting items for decorations for reception.
Ceremony/Reception venue booked, caterer booked, and Photographer booked.
Ceremony, Reception, Photog, Decorator, Caterer is done through Reception place, Flowesrs, Friend is making the cake, I designed my own invites.
What I do need is a DRESS, DJ and Transportation.
we have our ceremony,reception, photog, wedding planner, DJ, flowers booked! I ordered my dress in Feb but it wont be in till November! I am so far ahead i am starting to get bored!
We also already booked our lovely honeymoon to Tahiati! i am so excited to have other June 2011 brides to talk to! where is everyone else going for their honeymoon!?

Reception is booked and Church date is saved. In June we're going to do 3 days of non stop planning- meet with priest for the first time, book photographer and dj, and maybe look at flowers, plus a bunch of other things i haven't even thought of.
Oh my goodness you ladies are making me sooo nervous lol we haven't done anything yet!! We are going to look at a venue on friday for our reception... I have a photographer lined up but that is all.. Where should I be at this point? I feel so behind! lol
We have booked our ceremony & reception venue (same location), wedding planner, photographers, videographers, DJ and florist...we also put in the request in St. Lucia for our resort for our honeymoon :)

Update!...we met with the vendor who will make our save the dates/invitations/programs, booked our caterer and booked our wedding cake vendor :)

Booked photographer and reception venue. Need to put deposits on bride's room at ceremony, caterer and florist. I have my dress, but I found another I LOVE! Working on STDs now.
How far in advance do STD's go out? I was assumed those don't go out until 6-8 months prior...am I wrong? This wedding may be the death of me...it's hard because my mom never had a real wedding as my dad was in the navy so it was just a quickie, and I have no sisters or close cousins, so we have NO idea what to do or when to do it! YIKES!
I think I need to get a wriggle on! We've set a date and booked the church. I have spoken to FI's goddaughter who has agreed to do the photos (she's just finished college and is off to uni to study photography full time). I'm trying dresses on on Saturday and think I've chosen our colours. But there is so much to do! Next will be to work out our guest list and book a marquee.
