How I lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks...
So far, I've lost a total of 25 lbs, but what really jump started my weight loss was when I joined Jenny Craig! Granted, JC is expensive but I went in with the mind-set of only doing the program for a month or so. With out exercise, I lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks (that was las November). When I stopped JC I realized that I would have to do it all on my own (i am by no means rich).... So fo my New Year's resolution I decided to work out and eat healthy (yeah, the old fashioned way) I've lost about 8lbs YAAAY! for me!!! I have NEVER been an active person and I feel so proud and accomplished after each work-out. I try to work out at least 6 days a week.
Anyhow, I just wanted to share my story maybe some of you could benefit from a program like JC...I understand that it's super costly but if you can do it go for it. I feel that it's a really good motivator to see the pounds melt away in just one month.
