How many days a week do your workout?
How many days a week do your workout? And what is your typical OR ideal routine?
Right now, I work out Monday - Thursday.
- Monday - Spin in the PM
- Tuesday - Pure Barre in the PM (ballet-type resistance fitness)
- Wednesday - Spin in the AM and also Pure Barre in the PM
- Thursday - Pure Barre or Pilates in the PM
BUT by Sunday night I feel disgusting! I may start doing a spin class on Saturday or Sunday morning just to sweat out the wine and poor diet I may have on Friday/Saturday nights.
LUCKILY daylight saving is this Sunday, so perhaps Friday will turn into a quick run before I get ready to out for the evening (or stay in).
