How strict are you with your diet?
Thanks to a good friend of mine, I became slightly paranoid about my diet. I know the major ones to avoid like raw food, deli meats, soft cheeses, alcohol and caffeine. But just the other day, I ate a poppy seed bagel and she told me not to eat poppy seeds. I googled it and found out it was completely fine. And now I want to eat crabs since I'm here in Baltimore fore work. I googled it once more and some reputable websites say its ok in moderation. So during dinner, I had a salad topped with crab meat and was once again scolded. I understand her concern but is she overreacting or am I being careless?
