How to handle holiday foods
I'm trying to develop a game plan ahead of time, so I don't allow myself to fall into junk food grazing over the holidays. I'm sort of thinking of just reminding myself that it tastes good now, but it will take me longer to work it off than it does to eat it. Also trying to think along the lines of "what can this give me"... If a short rush from the taste is it, then it's not worth it.
