How to unwind?

Ok, I admit it: my wedding is 23days away, and I'm totally stressed up. I have a huge guestlist, so I'm planning an extensive ceremony. Combine that with a tight work schedule (I dont get time off before the wedding) and other responsibilities that I cant shirk off, and I feel like a juggler on a tightrope. Anyone in the same situation? I need advice on how to relax and unwind so i dont look stressed up on the d-day. How can I achieve that in such a short while, and on such a tight schedule? HELP!!

Getting stress and having a heap of things is totally normal and I'm sure we can all relate. Trust I was there!! When I got super stressed I made sure I had some me time. I'd either go for a walk or run a hot bubble bath and watch movie. Its so important to have down time especially right in the lead up to the wedding! We are all here if you need to vent :-)

I stress myself out all the time, especially when I was planning my wedding. I say DITTO to adamsapple. I would go out for a run/walk to release some stress, or I would take a nice bubble bath! Sometimes I would even go for a little county ride on a back road, anything that would clear my head and unwind!


And yes, we are here for you if you need to vent!

It all depends on what works for you! The best thing was getting a pedicure and manicure a couple days before the wedding. It was totally relaxing!

Just vent to us! Not good to keep it all bottled up! Even if its a happy vent just get it out!

i agee with zeuster...with or with out the book and add some lightly scented candles and sit there with your eyes close and just breathe...its going to be ok...
