I am ready and motivated
So I have started and stopped working out for years now, as well as starting to eat healthy and stopping!! I am writing this post to make my self accountable to my self and to all of you! My goals are
- to the gym at least three days per week
- joining the womens basketball league at the ymca that starts the 28th of Feb
- making healthy eating choices
- smaller portions
I hope everyone on here achives their goals! I am rooting for you all!!
(made it to the gym last night did a tone and shape class and 20mins on elliptical)
next gym date is wednesday!
