I've been using the Listerine rinse - comes in a white bottle. You're supposed to do it twice a day....I do it once and I've definitely seen an improvement.
To be honest, a lot of teeth whiteners are made of hydrogen peroxide. If you rinse with hydrogen peroxide twice a day, you're teeth will whiten, and it'll cost you close to nothing. I just like Listerine cause the taste is better!
I heard that Crest White Strips work, but its recommended that you just use them 2 weeks before your wedding, b/c its not something you should use on a regular basis.
ive used the crest strips before, and i really liked them. i also tried the ones that are in the little trays, but they were really small (or my mouth is really big, probably the case haha) and didnt fit well.
I like the trays - they worked really well for me...
I found them easier to use that the strips
Listerine Dissolving white strips. They are great! No mess, tastes sort of minty and work really well. On my last dentist visit, my dental hygeist commented that my teeth were really white.
ooooo! i've been wanting to try those...do they really dissolve well?
My dad is a dentist and he recommends anything that says ADA approved because those ones were tested and they won't harm your teeth.
Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus is what I use and works for me. Be advised though that it can be very sensitive to the teeth for some people. I'm planning to use it a month before my wedding.
Yea the hydrogen peroxide is true. BUT be careful because you CANNOT rinse with it straight. YOU must dilute it with water quite a bit. Hydrogen peroxide will eat the inside of your mouth away if it is too concentrated.
I saw this link online today. HTH
OMG my FH just sent that to me...he is always on yahoo, and I can't view sites like that from work...I thnk I might try th Rembrant!
cryflore, I want to try the Rembrandt ones too! 10 days instead of 14 days and no slimy feeling? I'm sold!
