I need some good video recs

I used to do all home videos and then I started going to the gym to do the aerobic classes there. Well, I have a 4 month old now so I dont always have time to go to the gym and would rather stay at home with him, honestly. All of my videos are on VHS (minus a few new ones) so I need some recs for some really good, intense videos. I have one that I really like by Jackie Warner, its her power circuit training video. Awesome workout! I need things that are intense like that because Im so used to going to the gym and getting a really good workout. Got any ideas for me?

P90x is really intense and a great workout, although I know I don't always have time for an hour workout anymore :(


I also really like Jillian Michaels..she is intense, the workouts are shorter and the DVDs are cheaper!

Crunch cardio boot camp always kicked my butt.  It was pretty affordable as well. I have also recently discovered that netflix has excercise films on their instant ques which is awesome if you want to switch it up a bit.

i like jillian micheals 30 day shred :) its on demand in fitness section you can pick any videos u want they constantly change I lost 23 pounds that way

I do use some of them in the on demand section, but I find that a lot of them are too easy for me and I get bored and quit. A friend let me borrow Jackie Warners Extreme Time Saver Workout. Holy heck, that is a good one!


I think Ill check out the Crunch ones too, phelps, thanks!


colo, I do have p90x, I forgot about those! I think Ill start rotating some of those in my routine. I remember the plyometrics dvd was killer.

Turbo jam has been great for me so far. I'm on day 3 and I am already feeling better! It's really low intensity too. I had P90x but a) my joints didn't like it and b) Tony Horton bugs the heck out of me.
