I Need to Lose the last 10-15 lbs!!!
Hi ladies! JW what your fav exercise regemines are or any other advice you'd like to share for losing that last 10-15 lbs. Technically, I'm not overweight for my height/age etc so I know it will be harder, but my goal weight is between 120-125, which I weighed up until the last few years when I let myself go haha I've been eating better, but I'm not sure what kind of exercises to do to tone up. I don't want to be "skinny fat" lol What's worked best for you?? Any suggestions are appreciated!
