Im down 3.8 lbs!!!
I wanted to share because Im soooo excited!! Im down 3.8lbs in 2 weeks and I really believe it is because I have been keeping a food diary on my phone. Ive been using my fitness pal (you sign up online). Its awesome. They have practically everything in their database...you just plug it in and boom it calculates the calories for you! I love it. Its great if you eat out alot too. I will admit that I could work out a little more though. Anybody else have success?
