Just Joined! SMY: GOALS!

Hey everyone! I just joined this group and am SUPER excited!


Let's share goals and inspiration!  Sorry if this is a recent repeat but I am so excited to meet you all and have this journey together.


I started at 167 and am down to 161 lbs.  I'd like to be 145 lbs. by my wedding (12.12) so 16 lbs. in 2 months.

I want to be 120 by March 1. I am now at 145 and cant get over my plateau.

I have a lot longer to go, but I will get there someday.  I started when I hit 301.  I am down to 285.  My goals are to hit 160 and to be a size 9/10.

Welcome to the slim down group!


I started at 194 (5' 7") - last September, I started my journey.  I've lost 37 pounds so far, I'm currently sitting at 157. 


My goal is to hit 144, and see if I want to lose more or not. 


I posted my before and current pics already in another thread, recently. :)

Yay!  I think sharing goals can always help get that little push you need to stay dedicated!


I started my weightloss journey in May of this year at 230 lbs (Im 5"10)


I now weigh as of this morning 198.6.


I would LOVE to see 170 by my Wedding May 2011.


Dedication is key!  I hope I get there! Good luck ladies!

Started at 250, down to 235. Wedding is Spring of 2012. Number wise...I'm really wanting to get down to 170ish. I'm over being lumpy!

I also just joined and I am really excited. I just weighed in this morning at 140. Which means in the last month I have gained 13 pounds. *since my wedding* I would love to be down to 129. Its a mind thing. I am 5'1.

I started this wonderful weight lost journey (AGAIN) this past March I am 5'6 and was 187lbs and today I am at 167lbs. My goal is to get to 135lbs by next March 1st in time for my b-pic season.

I started my journey a couple of years ago at 203.2 then when we got engaged I go serious! I was 190ish and for the wedding I got down to 154 (yay!) that was my "happy weight!" Since the wedding I have put quite a few lbs back on, wow! got myself in check and am back at weight watchers. yesterday I weighed in at 178. Today i'm 174. I tend to fluctuate, but ideally I want to be 145. My goal right now is to get down to 155 and back to my wedding size. 


 


It's amazing how easily I put it back on when I began celebrating hitting my goal weight. It definitely is a lifetime journey!

Okay, I'll go next. FYI:  It's taking a lot for me to share this on the net but here goes nothing....


Sept 29th, I weighed in at my heaviest 183. Three weeks later I lost 6 pounds and is now at 177. My overall goal weight is 130. I'm 5'3.


MY TIMELINE:


Christmas: 160


April: 140


4th of July: 130

I am weighing now at 166 ugh!


However I want to weigh 150 by christmas.


By March/April I would like to weigh 140.  Hopefully I can get this exercise thing together.


It was so fun putting on the weight but sure is hard getting it off :(

So I'm going to start with the November buddy system but I'm 5'5 210 and want to be 147 (my happy weight) by July next year to be ready for that day in Aug. I lost 50 lbs 3 years ago with Lindora and gained it all back and keep feeling like I can't lose it if I'm not paying Lindora to help me do it. So hopefully joining this group will help!

I am so glad that I found this site.  My starting weight is 260 and I would like to be at 175 by my August 2011 wedding.  I just purchased P90X and am super excited to start tomorrow!

I, too, just joined this group. I need the motivation others can give me. I have been on my weight loss journey for way too long now. This last time I start was June 2010, I was 188.8. I got down to 170.4 but now I am back at 176.8 as of this morning... I keep track of my weight, measurements every Monday, food, and exercise. So I see where I slack and where I am doing good. I hope this group helps me stay motivated!

I am new to this group as well! Im really excited to see the motivation in all of you! I am 5'2" and 119lbs. My goal weight is about 110lbs to 115lbs by May 2011. Im not really trying to "slim down" so to speak, more of tone up and lose just a couple of pounds. I had a baby about 9 months ago and am just trying to lose the baby weight. Im a very petite woman, so even though it may seem like nothing, 2 pounds somewhere on me is very noticable! Im to the point where I dont even care if I lose actual poundage, I just want my tummy back!
