kind of discouraging
So I know I need to be patient but I have been kicking my ass for almost 3 weeks and have not lost a single pound!! I know its more about how you feel and all but I would like to see a change in it. I have even been eating super clean and drinking what I thik is plenty of water.
I have been doing that insanity workout at night and doing some yoga/julian's 30 day shred in the morning.
Any suggestions / tips ?? Its just a little frustrating.
