Late AF with Clomid

I posted a thread in the ttc group on Wednesday about having horrible cramping with no AF in cd35. I took 150mg clomid days 3-7 and cd22 progesterone was 6.3. Well AF decided to show up yesterday! Really late I think. Has this happened to anyone on Clomid before? Does this mean I had a late ovulation?

I didn't O with clomid, so I'm probably no help, but I was curious what your RE said about your progesterone level? Mine told me that if it's over 10, then O has occurred. Although, I also have hear that on Clomid, O is usually later.

I'm not sure since I've never had a round of Clomid before, but I would think that it would still be possible for your body to O late (w/ or w/o Clomid).  At CD22 your progesterone levels just might not have reached a 7-days-after-O level yet if you did indeed O.  I'm just guessing... sorry!  I hope next cycle you''ll be able to pin point an O-date!
