I have TONS that I have to get rid of. Go to www.jordanandashley.weebly.com and www.4sale4you.weebly.com. I need to get rid of it all. E mail at tumbling_diva if interested.
Are those items from the Dollar Tree? I'm confused because a lot of those items can be bought brand new for $1 each at the Dollar Tree and you're selling them for $2-4 used. It doesn't make sense.
They may not be from the dollar store, I have the same cylinder vases and I bought them for $3 at a glass outlet.
I dont know what the dollar store is. I have been collecting things over the years. I dont know where they came from
Yep, those are the ones I got from family dollar for my centerpeices. They were a buck apeice. There is someone named JDSTAR--somthing on weddingbee selling these for $2 each too and the dollar store tealights for double price
I have heard of a doller store, but not a dollar tree?? You know not everyone has the same places that you might. And who are you to tell me where I got my things?? All I am doing is selling the things I have in MY house. whether you can find somewhere else to get them cheaper, THATS GREAT!! However, that has nothing to do with me. I am NOT trying to be catty, I am just stating MY point. You can look at someones profile without making rude remarks. Thats all im trying to say
Your tiara is very beautiful. good luck selling!!
I agree, if you can get them cheaper, great, go do that. But rude comments aren't necessary, you don't know what she paid for everything.
Just a thought. . .we don't know where Jo got the vases, etc. Like BlueStar said they may be from a glass mart or other store where they are severely marked up.
If you see something is 'overpriced' in classifieds, the best thing you can do is not buy it, move on, and look for a better deal. . .perhaps she doesn't know that they are potentially from the dollar store?
In any case, jo_mystar - if you are having trouble selling your vases and candles, remember that most wedding items sell for only 30-65% of the original retail, new or not. Odds are, you're probably not going to get full retail (whatever it may be) for vases that most brides can go and get without paying for shipping or driving to your house. A sad truth for the seller, but very true. Best of luck!
Congrats btw! ! !
