Livestrong v. SparkPeople
Which one do you use?
I hate tracking calories, however it is the best thing for me to do b/c I am least likely to run to Wendys for lunch if I have to write it down.
Friends of my bio... can see that I have been stuck in the weight loss plateu! I keep staying in the same range... and I have been here for months!!
I keep going back and forth about being serious and being frustrated. Right now I am kinda in the frustrated column... knowing that I need to go back to behaving.
Therefore which calorie tracker do you use? The daily plate on Livestrong or SparkPeople? and why?
