That's great. I really appreciate that. According to me you should follow a proper diet plan and the decision to join a gym was also good. But i think cardio is better than other workouts. Anyway I hope you will get effective results. Best of luck.

That's great to hear!! I was just watching The View this morning and they were talking about husband/wife losing together and the one thing they cautioned was for the woman to not get frustrated if the guy loses more or more quickly - they are just built that way darn it!!

Awesome goals to set for the summer coming up and what better way then to workout together! I've been going to the gym everyday (mostly) if I don't i'll go for a run and sometimes its hard to get my hubby to join me!

Although he LOVES to go its just motivating him to actually do it ;)

BEST WORKOUT PARTNER you can have/get!

I love this idea! The DH and I both are trying to get in shape, but working out together has always been difficult for us. Hubby likes to hit the gym after work, but I'm an early riser and I like to get my exercising done first thing in the morning to start my day off healthy so we're just on totally different schedules. My SIL is a huge fitness nut and swears by Tony Horton workouts so I'm giving his new p90 program a try right now. I've gotten DH to try it with me a few times and he's liked it, but I can't get him up in the morning to exercise with me on any kind of normal schedule so I'm stuck waiting until after work if I want to do it together.

I think it's always best to do it together and to maintain a healthy lifestyle together as well.  Sadly, I actually gained weight right before my wedding instead of losing it but I am on my way to getting back to my normal weight, diet and exercise routine.

Boy it doesn't take much to put those pounds on but for me it takes a lot to get them off. It's okay though because it's much more important for me to feel comfortable in my own skin.
