Making a menu card (without all of the meal items)
We're having a buffet but I would like a menu card at each table so guests know what's available before getting in line. We've selected our salads and entree's but the chef selects the accompaniments (1 starch and 1 veggie). We don't know what those items are until 2 weeks before the wedding and I'm not big on waiting!! I want to start on the menu cards next month to get them done and over with. Should I make the menu cards with the salads, entrees and dessert and leave off the accompaniments or should I state (somehow) that there's more food but we just don't know what it is yet?? TIA!!
