Mayonnaise - The Other Hair Conditioner

Hello Ladies!

I have been conditioning my hair with Mayonnaise since I was ten years old so I know it really works! This is the simplest DIY conditioning remedy. All you need is -

*Your Hair

*Shower Cap

*Mayonnaise.

You can put the mayonnaise on your hair wet or dry. Put on shower cap and leave on hair for 25 - 30 minutes (if you can stand the smell that long!) Rinse out or shampoo. I prefer to let my hair air dry but you can use a blow dryer if you like. The result is glossy, frizz free hair.

And you thought mayo was just for your burgers and tuna fish!

Does this help with dry damaged hair? I'm looking for something to help with color treated hair. I've been growing it out and it's almost the length I want, but I don't want to cut the ends off, lol.

Thank goodness I have short hair! Lol. It can be time consuming for people with long hair.

That's great advice Ashley and I wouldn't suggest using cold mayonnaise either! What did adding the honey do? Did it make it softer or gave it a pleasant smell?
