I see Option 1 as more relaxed, maybe because its the sort of thing I would enjoy for a nice sunny day BBQ, and Option 2 as a little bit more formal.

personally I would be happier with Option 1 as its a bit lighter and I don't like heavy meals when I can dance the night away!!

Thanks. I am a steak girl so number one is my fav. We are getting married in a gazebo by a pond and then the reception is in a barn.

Both of these menus are scrumptious!!!! Please invite me, lol! I would honestly be thrilled to be presented with either menu, but my pick is Menu 1 because it lends itself well to your venue and you are partial to steak. I think that a wedding is a reflection of the couple so I think it's really good to have things that you really like to showcase more of you to your guests, know what I mean?

Well of course any PW sisters that are close enough are more than welcome at my wedding but I dont think anyone is close. Thanks for the input. Menu 1 is only $15 pp served buffet. I kept telling my FI I wanted steak and he thought it would be too expensive.

I prefer the 1st one. I think Turkey roast is geered toward a particular palette and turkey can end up being very dry too easily. Plus, you like steak.
