I wish I had the discipline (and the ground floor apartment) do exercise at home.
I have to tread lightly in my apartment because of my poor downstairs neighbor, evidently we have thin ceilings or something (I can hear the lady upstairs a lot and it annoys me - don't want to bug the poor guy downstairs!!!)
I have it! I did the 6WBMO for about 2 weeks, so I can't tell you that I had a complete success....BUT, I can really vouch for the fact that you DO LOSE WEIGHT if you follow the plan exactly to what it says. I gave up because I couldn't use any kind of oil or sprays or salt. I'm sorry, but I love salt!! In fact, I love to have food with my salt thank you very much : ) lol
There is no limits to seasonings and flavoring on his plan, just no salt or oil & especially no butter. The exercise plan seems to work for someone who NEVER works out and is just starting to, but I'm the kind of person where if I don't see sweat, then I feel like I didn't workout! The first week I lost 9lbs (yes 9lbs) and the 2nd week I lost 4lbs. That's when I gave up after I lost the 4lbs. I know the first week was mostly water weight though, but all in all, it really does work if you stick to it.
