Mixbook versus Shutterfly

Which do you prefer and why?  I was thinking for my Parent's gift of making them a photo book with pictures of them and me while growing up.  Show me a picture if you have one that you made!

I would skip them both and go with Inkubook!!  http://inkubook.com/  They have awesome deals and our books turned out amazing.  I learned of them from another PW bride.  I did a lot of comparing and they are definitely the best bet!

I have the same problem in deciding between the two as I have never used them before.  I used Shutterfly recently and was really happy with the results.  But next time I will try out Mixbook to see the difference.

Another option is MyPublisher- I can't praise the quality of the book I ordered enough, it is just fantastic. I ordered our parents an 11x14 book about 28 pages for 100 bucks.

I got Shutterfly books for most of our Christmas list and I'm really pleased with how they turned out!

I'm working on mixbook now!  My wedding album and 2011 calendar!

Thanks to PW of course :)

I haven't ordered it yet, but from what others say it is better quality than Shutterfly.

However, Shutterfly has some CUTE LAYOUTS...  So, I think it all depends on what you use it for :)

I'm currently working on my b.pics in Mixbook.

I do have a question though:

Some of my vertical pics seem to be getting cut off, anyone know why?

I have tried: Shutterfly, MyPublisher, and A&I

Shutterfly - I used these to create softcover albums for my bridesmaids.  The quality was just okay.  Good enough for what I was using them for.  I wouldn't use them for my wedding photos.

MyPublisher - I used mypublisher for...something.  (Brain fart.)  Oh, thats right.  engagement pictures.  I did a hardcover book.  The image quality was pretty good.  I think the overall print quality was better than Shutterfly.

A&I - I used A&A to print the images from the photog at my engagement party.  This was the most expensive but the quality was on a completely different level.  This is my recommendation.

I bought a few groupons for Mixbook that I am going to use to put my bridal shower pictures in.  I can't comment on them yet.
