My Dress Wont Zip :-(

Welp....as i am about 64 days away from my wedding day. I have literally waited until the home stretch to start my fitness benge. And YES ladies my dress wont zip up! I bought it a size smaller than mine. I dont really know what i was thinking. But its about 2 inches from zipping. I'm confident I can shed a few but between working full time and going to school full time its going to be hard. Once i get started on a good routine and diet i tend to lose weight pretty quick. But i still have that little bit of doubt in the back of my mind! Any tips? Suggestions (besides starvation)? PLEASE let me know. And wish me luck!

Do not starve yourself girl! I posted a work out earlier today, hop on that! lol. Though you are about two months out, I suggest a lot of cardio, some bodyweight stuff, and healthy eating. Again, no starving! You don't want to be a stressed starving bride! lol. I'm a personal trainer, so feel free to pm if you need, but you have to be really disciplined if you want to to drop weight quickly. We're here if you need some cheering on!!

Ditto to what everything Elise said! "Do not starve yourself" -- You can do it, don't let doubts get to you!

I wont starve but 2x a day work outs might be a must for at least a month. Im confident i can make it! My biggest prob is what to eat? When i "diet" or "eat healthy" i feel like i have to eat salad or soup. I head that if you eat repetitive meals that will help lose. Uhlease can you help me with this a little?? Otherwise when i say i starve i mean that if i cant find anything that taste good enough or that im not burnt out on then i wont eat. I remember my old diet from when i went to a weight loss clinic. It was no white food and only certain fruits for like 2 weeks. Exercise 3x a week. I lose like 10lbs in that 2 weeks. But it was with the help of suppliments.

I am being vefry serious here!

Buy a Diabetic Cookbook! Watch the fats too. Use Olive oil and Do not use Butter or magerine on ANYTHING.

Use Mrs. Dash

NO SALT

FRESH STEAMED VEGGIES do not add any fats, but do add a liitle garlic water. Take Minced garlic w/ the liquid in the jars or mince yourself in a bowl and water and pour into a clean Oil spitzer DO NOT ADD OIL and spray veggies. This will keep for 4 days in fridge

Cook Lean Pork Roasts and chicken and slather with Crushed Rosemary Thyme Garlic Oinon Fresh Cracked Black or Pepper Medley (NO POWDERS PLEASE)

Do not eat Flour Sugar or diet drinks.

Instead use flavored teas like Chammomile or a green tea do not add sugar or sugar subs.

LOTS OF WATER this is why I drink flavored Teas Lemmon Zinger etc

Do not eat Red Meat

Eat Boneless skinless chicken breats no bigger than your palm or a deck of playing cards

Do eat Bean Chilli it is thick and is spicy and spicy keeps you satisfied.

If you can add spices like Red Pepper or Tabasco Sauce to EVERYTHING.

Hope that helps you!

Now for me to folow this same diet. You and I have our events not too far apart.

I am at 73 days and counting down!

Maybe we can be each others phone a friend?

Anyway, I wish you the best. I do not need to loose weight to wear my dress, but I do need to loose weight in order to look better on the big day. Any luck I will have to take it in. Thankfully this is something I can do myself.

I actually totally agree wit Idoagain that diabetic cookbooks are awesome! It's just a way to watch carbs while eating enough veggies and healthy fats :)

The only thing I have to add is that you don't want to cut out fats completely, just choose healthy fats like olive oil canola oil, etc. Don't over do it, but our bodies use fat to absorb fat soluble vitamins, so eating no fat won't help. Stick to a tablespoon or 2 since you will be cooking for you and FI. Good luck :) Working out harder will help too, i'll pm you!
