My weekly progress
Well I have gone to the gym Sunday and Tuesday. I was pretty sore Monday so I skipped the day and I know that is when I should have gone. I am down a total of 6 pounds in 3 weeks. That isn't good at all. I know it should be much better than that but I have slacked off going to the gym the last couple weeks. I can tell you I am down a shirt size and am in a size 15/17 juniors in shorts from a 16/18 womens'. I can see a difference in my skin tone some on the backs of my legs.
My FI says my swimsuit is too old for me. So today I bought a top that sorta looks like a bra and to my surprise it looks really good on me. I am not ready for bikini type bottoms yet. My thighs touch and my lower abdomen needs some work but I will get there. My goal is to be a size 12 on my wedding day. I know in two years I can more than accomplish this and I would love to be at a size 12 by this fall since we are taking a cruise to the Bahamas.
