Need help bringing in third color

Ok guys my wedding is in April and my colors are turquoise/aqua and dark brown.  I want to add a third color...that being a lime green, but I need help bringing it in with my decorations and such.  My bridesmaid dress are Davids bridal dresses in truffle with mermaid colored sashes. and my flowers are green cym. orchids with cream roses green coffee berries and brown pods.  My invites have some lime green in them too.  I just am not sure how to bring the color in at the reception without making it look out of place.  I was planning on doing brown linens/napkins with turquoise overlays and these blue moroccan lanterns Im buying off ebay.  Any suggestions would be FANTASTIC!!! Thanks ladies!

Lovely combination--very similar to what we did.  The flowers are a great pop of green...what about coloured votive holders in green?  That would add just a little touch of green and not be too overwhelming or out of place.

How about adding red?  I love this color combo... and it'll look great along with brown.

I like the idea of green votives for the tables, and keep it minimal...here's a few images I googled up..
