Need Some Help.. BIGTIME
So my wedding is January 2010 and I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds (at the least) by then. I've started the 30 day shred and will be doing that Monday through Thursday. Friday is my rest day. Saturday will be the Turbo Jam Cardio Kick, and Sunday will be the Turbo Jam 20 minute workout.
Any suggestions? I'm trying really hard to eat healthfully, but I hate vegetables and am really picky with my fruits. I've stopped eating rice, and am trying to keep my carb intake down.
Anymore suggestions to quick weight loss?
