NEED WEIGHT LOSS ENCOURAGEMENT :-(
I have began a pretty popular diet...I joined weight watchers! The points system is awesome! It's so easy to keep track of the foods I eat also. I've been doing it for about three weeks and haven't lost any weight...I was down 2 lbs one day but then the very next day it was back up again. Makes no sense!!!!! I have had a salad with little cheese and fat free dressing everyday for lunch. I've been eating turkey wraps, all veggies and little fruits for snacks, very little bread, steamed veggies, etc., and zero junk food! I assume I should be losing at least 2 lbs per week...but nothing. It's so discouraging and disappointing. I have completely turned my diet around! We are so busy with 3 kids so we ate quick meals a lot ( frozen pizza, fast food, processed foods, etc)....but our refrigerator is stocked with all new healthy goods now. Also watching our portions. Weight watchers allows you to exceed your points with "free weekly points"...but I have never gone past my daily points...NEVER! I know when we add exercise then that will help. But I thought maybe a few lbs would come off by changing my diet. ----------- What am I doing wrong? Can anyone give me some tips and some success stories of how you lost weight? I could use all the advice and encouragement in the world!
