Not moving anywhere with trying to loose those kg's
I have been trying for months now to try to loose the few extra kg's before the big day, so that all i need to do i maintain, as opposed to continually try to loose.
I weigh my meat, don't eat junk food, have reduced my alcohol consumption to almost nothing, exercise 5 times a week and still, when i get on the scales nothing changes. Everyone keeps saying i will notice it in my clothes, but im not.
I don't know what to do from here and was wondering if anyone had some advise / suggestions on what they did to loose those unwanted kgs?
