NWR: Eternity Rings

Just wanted to know what your views are on eternity rings?

Do you want one?  If so, what milestone do you think DH will get you one for?

Personally, I love this idea.  I have actually started a folder on my computer with a few pictures of ring inspiration for both myself and DH.  I fully intend on getting him one maybe at our 10-year anniversary, although with everything that we have gone through since our wedding, I even contemplated the 5-year anniversary.  : )

Becca - that's such a sweet idea!!

I also love the idea of an eternity ring.  I guess in a way, it's partly because of our tradition.  A lot of these rings are given on the first anniversary - but I like the idea of giving one when a child is born.

I love the eternity/anniversary band/ring idea! I already have ideas in mind for our 10 year. And since DH has stated before that he wished he could have gotten me a bigger diamond when he bought my e-ring, I know he's on board as well. :)

I have one, I love(d) it. It was the first piece of jewelry FI ever bought me, so it always has a special place in my heart. I had a problem with the stones in the back falling out so I don't wear it anymore it just sits in my jewelry box.

I love the idea! I agree any tradition that involves jewelry it good to me. :)
