NWR: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT QUESTION

I need deleted text messages for a legal matter. i was told by sprint they do not keep this info however they may be able to pull up when the texts were made and to and from they were made. Later i heard by subpoena, law enforcement or your lawyer can get the messages in their full content. does anyone know this to be true?

I have a good feeling you can. If it's a legit subpoena or legal matter, texts/emails are used as evidence all the time. But Sprint can't just give them to you as a 'customer' or 'person' they would have to be given to a lawyer or something like that. Good luck girl.

Last I heard it HAD to be by law enforcement to get complete cell recors and that you cannot just get a copy. This is why screen shots are so important.

I remember when all text messages were printed on my statements, but that has to be 15 years ago now, but you may want to see if they have a print copy of your entire usuage and it may be there.
