O'ing question

So I'm in my second month of being off BC.  I've been on BC for over 10 years now so don't even remember what my cycles were originally like! (except for being really bad and full of pain).  I've started to chart, and from what I can tell, I should be o'ing right now.  So far today I've had a little bit of pain on one side of my lower abdomen, right about where my right ovary should be/is.  I get a stabbing pain every once in a while.  I'm not worried about it, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Could it be a sign I'm o'ing?

p.s. "taking charge of your fertility" is on order right now.  My local bookstore didn't carry it in stock.  So once it's in I'll be able to stop asking these silly questions!

yup - i get aches like that too about mid-cycle. usually dull aches, with some random spiking into stabbing pain like you mentioned.

Girl - I'm totally with you, I was on Depo for almost 9 years (without a period) so it's like I'm learning this stuff all over again.

Last week (to the day actually) I was feeling that too, on my left side, and then AF showed up on Sunday.
