One thing a week
I have decided that I cannot change everything at once. I am just too far off and it seems like the diet will not stick that way. So I have decided to add/delete/change one thing a week from my life. Each week I will add something new. (That doesn't mean I won't try to make healthier choices in general, but I will have only one new rule each week)
This week: I will have only 20 oz. of soda this week.
