Opinion Needed

Hi ladies,


I hope you are all doing well. I got a question about fitness DVDs. I received an email from the Knot about these Bridalicious Boot Camp DVDs: http://weddingshop.theknot.com/bridalicious-boot-camp-dvd.aspx.


Has anyone tried these? If so, what did you think about them? Since they are $80, I don't want to buy them unless I'm absolutely sure they are going to work.


If you ladies have other ideas that work for weight loss let me know. I'm exercising and eating better but the weight loss is slow. I tend to lose weight at a slow rate. I'm just trying to find a way to speed it up a little without losing weight at a dangerous rate.

I've not used the videos offered by The Knot, so I have no advice in regards to them.


It is frustrating when trying to lose weight and you know the weight comes off you slowly.  Stay committed to the process and you will start to see the changes you desire. 


Do you weight train? It is a fabulous tool for increasing your metabolism.  I know it is, but don't lift as often as I should.  I hate lifting alone and since I work out alone, I don't weight train as  often as I should.

Hey, I feel that $80 is a bit steep! Try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for $10 from Target or something...those are good and cheap!

Im doing 30 day shred now.... you will get results! I have never been so thrilled with a series. I was working out 2 hours a day at the gym and switched to this thinking that it wouldn't be so bad... it is way intense and I was seeing results in a week. The toning is phenomenal. She has the ripped in 30 which I plan on following this up with.. but by then i will be a married woman!
