Party bus!! How to word an email to vendor!

Getting a party bus for our wedding party seems like the only logical thing to do! I dont want everyone driving in seperate cars and our bridal party is full of partiers I dont want the party to have to stop (or one person to not be able to drink) to drive different places for pictures. A limo is out of the questions becasue I want to be able to dacne also with there being 20 of us I want everyone to be comfortable!
The point of all this is that FI's cousin is getting married this summer just got an awesome deal on a party bus. The company is over an hour away and they are not charging her a fee for driving to us which a lot of companies (at least around here) tend to do. When I emailed the same company asking for a quote they quoted me at a much higher price than what she is paying. They charged me the price for driving here and all sorts of other costs that are not on hers! She showed me her quote and final price so I know she isn't just lying to me about her price.
Is there a nice way to ask if i can get the same price as she is getting? I dont want to feel like im attacking them or acusing them of charging me more I simply want to know if there is anyway i can get the same deal! Help!

I would definitely mention the quote your friend got. Is it the time of year?

I would try to put a positive spin on it. You can email them back and say you have a friend that was really impressed with their customer service and have booked with them as well. However, their quote and final price is XX amoutn of dollars, and you were hoping to pay the same. It's in their court at that point. They could say, their 2015 prices are higher (that does happen a lot unfortunately) but it is definitely worth a shot! Good luck!

That definitely happens! My friend's daughter is getting married and the venue originally quoted 2014 prices then when my friend pointed out they were looking to book 2015 the price went up by SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!!!!

Great advice thanks ladies! I understand prices might have just gone up I guess I'm just hoping if I say it nice enough they'll give me a deal and I was afraid to sound like I was being pushy or trying to take advantage of then. Unleash you definitely worded it well I'm gonna give it a try thanks!!
