photographer $$$???

Hey ladies-

What's the average amount for a wedding package these days?  I've been offered a package for $1650 that includes:

  • 11 consecutive hours of coverage

  • One copy of your high resolution images on disc, including all rights to copy

  • Pre-consultation

  • No limit on the number of locations visited for photos on your wedding/event day

  • No limit on the number of images we capture on your wedding/event day

  • All images professionally edited.

  • Engagement session, up to 2hours and 2 dress changes

  • 6x8 soft cover proof book including 20 story book pages ( as you look through the book it walks you through the beginning of the day  all the way to the end of the day , in order.

Everything is complimentary except for the hours worked, editing, and compiling the CD/DVD.

This is a good price right????

That sounds good, especially for the area but you also need to remember, that package is not including an album! If you want one I'm sure it will be extra (and they aren't cheap) or you will need to DIY.

Also, and most importantly, you need to make sure you love their work. It doesn't matter how great of a deal you are getting if you don't like the photos!

Great find though! :)

That sounds good to me... have you checked out their website to make sure you like their work??

I paid $3500 for my package, so I would say thats a good price if you like them.
