I was just wondering if any of you ladies who were coffee or caffeinated soda drinkers before ttc are still drinking this stuff. I wonder because I'm trying REALLY hard not to drink my glorious cup of joe each morning, but sometimes I break down (like this morning!)... I just feel bad because I keep reading that more than 200mg a day of caffeine has been shown to have an increased risk for miscarriage, and *just in case* I did conceive this cycle, I would hate to jeopardize any chances I might have. I know I'm not going over the 200mg, and I'm not even doing it every day, but before I have a cup I'm always asking myself, "Do I really need to do this, or am I shooting myself in the foot?" THOUGHTS??
